The Listing

Model the range review before the buyer does. A week-by-week listing projection with a full promo calendar: volume, GSV, promo funding, NSV and gross margin across the year.

Model the range review before the buyer does. Week by week, with a full promo calendar behind the annual GSV-to-net plan.

The workings

A listing is a year of maths wearing a handshake. Stores, rate of sale, weeks — that is your base volume. The promo calendar sits on top: each promo has a mechanic, a start week, a length, an uplift and a funding flag, and the weekly projection reprices every week accordingly. GSV at full list, funding off invoice, NSV, then gross margin after landed cost.

Customer investment — gate fees, marketing support, whatever the buyer called it in the email — is fixed cash, so it lives below gross margin and gets paid in quarterly instalments. The year-by-month table shows the plan on the 4-4-5 calendar, which is the shape your buyer's finance team sees it in. If the monthly line goes red in M1, that is a conversation worth having before the launch, not after.

Rate of sale is where listings die. Model the case where it lands 20% light before you sign anything — this page does it for you at the bottom of the receipt.
