The workings

Service level is a supply question wearing a sales costume. This page runs the same weekly demand as The Listing — promos included — against your opening stock, your order lead time and your cover target, week by week. Orders placed in week one arrive after the lead time; anything demand takes that stock cannot supply is an unmet week, printed in red.

The promo calendar is where availability plans go wrong. An uplift you modelled on The Listing is stock you need weeks earlier here, because the lead time does not care about your launch date. Edit the order column until the red disappears; that column is the plan.

Out-of-stock in week three of a new listing is how you turn one difficult range review into two.
